Niehaus delivered exceptional craftsmanship on one of the most complex historic renovations we’ve worked on. Their ability to seamlessly integrate new construction with Powell Hall’s historic fabric—particularly through their ornamental and acoustical plaster work—was remarkable. Their precision, adaptability and attention to detail were evident throughout the project. The design architect even remarked that their workmanship was some of the best he had ever seen.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Niehaus Building Services on a number of projects over the years, including the MLS Stadium project in St. Louis. At the stadium, their team successfully performed several significant scopes, including cold-formed metal framing, exterior sheathing, air/vapor barrier systems, interior drywall, EIFS, and Monoglass acoustical finishes.

Managing that many scopes on a large, fast-paced project required strong coordination and communication. Niehaus worked well with our team and the other trades to solve problems and keep the work moving.

My experience with Niehaus has consistently been positive, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with them again.
